Common questions

Can I switch plans?

You can upgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. To move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe after the current period ends. No refunds or prorated adjustments for cancellations during a billing period.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

You will receive a notification when you reach 80% and again at 100%. At the limit, you can upgrade to a higher plan to continue immediately, or wait for your monthly quota to reset on your billing date.

Do you offer discounts for non profits or academia?

Panel Studio is free for non commercial use under the Business Source License 1.1. Universities, research groups, and nonprofits can run it locally at no cost. See our licensing page for the full terms.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice with net 30 terms.
