What is LABS

The space between research and product

LABS exists because some capabilities need controlled deployment before they are ready for open access. Each LABS product is fully built and operational, but the nature of what they do means we work directly with partners rather than offering open signups. We select partners based on use case fit, not volume.

Operational, not theoretical
Every LABS capability runs on real infrastructure today. These are not mockups, roadmap items, or coming soon pages. The technology works. The invitation model exists because we manage deployment directly with each partner.
Managed deployment
We configure, deploy, and operate LABS capabilities for each partner. Fleet sizing, persona demographics, campaign objectives, agent roles, and reporting are all tailored to your specific requirements. No generic setup.
Sovereign infrastructure
All LABS capabilities run on UK owned hardware. No data transits external cloud providers. No dependency on external AI APIs for core operations. Model weights, training data, and operational data remain under Kronaxis control.
DYNAMICS-8 foundation
Every LABS product is built on the same personality science. DYNAMICS-8 drives behavioural variation in Living Persona fleets and prospect profiling in Vanguard agents. One framework, multiple applications, consistent quality.
Continuous improvement
Every deployment generates training data. Agent performance improves with each interaction. Persona behaviour becomes more refined with each campaign. The technology compounds over time.

Process

How a LABS engagement works

Initial conversation
You tell us what you need. We assess whether LABS capabilities are the right fit. Not every enquiry leads to a partnership. We are selective because quality of deployment matters more than volume.

Scoping and configuration
We define the deployment parameters together: fleet size, demographics, target platforms, campaign objectives, reporting requirements, and success criteria. Every engagement is configured specifically for your use case.

Deployment and seasoning
We provision and deploy. For Living Persona, this includes weeks of organic seasoning before any campaign objectives. For Vanguard, this includes agent training on your domain, brand voice, and product knowledge.
4
Operation and reporting
Daily metrics, fleet health, campaign performance, and outcome tracking. We operate the infrastructure. You receive the results. Adjustments are made continuously based on performance data.
