Height 9 metres, crown spread 3 metres. This tree appears to be in in terminal age-related decline. The top half of the tree is mostly dead and has several large dead branches overhanging 3 different properties. The lower half of the tree has more healthy growth. The aim of the work is to retain the tree while making it safe. Pollard tree at a height of 5 metres, leaving just a standing trunk to produce regrowth.T5. A row of around 6 mature Leylandii conifers overhanging from the neighbouring property. These overgrown trees have a large number of branches overhanging and encroaching onto the property, causing excessive shading and dropping debris onto the house roof.
